Ethical Fitness® Train-the-Trainer Workshop
Outputs
- Provides confidence in training others in the Ethical Fitness® process
- Supplies specific approaches for a schoolwide ethics program
- Promotes in-house leaders to develop sustainability
This workshop is for those who already have attended a full-day Ethical Fitness® Seminar. During this training, they will build on the concepts learned during the seminar and prepare to train other educators in their district.
Train-the-Trainer workshops are one way for educators in your district to become certified in training and teaching the Ethical Fitness® process to others. Contract a Train-the-Trainer workshop for 8-12 educators in your district, or plan to attend our next open Train-the-Trainer. Please contact IGE for more information.
Trainers can continue to train staff and community members for the long term, and can be the motivators that help keep the development and maintenance of an ethical climate on track.
